If a student is sent home from school with the following symptoms, they should not return until symptom free for 24 hours without the use of medications unless alternate instruction is provided.

  • Fever of 100.4 degrees of higher
  • Chills
  • Cough
  • Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing
  • Fatigue
  • Muscle or body aches
  • Headache
